Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 


Non - Returnable Product

The website has no return policy for products which is customized and handcrafted because everything is unique & specially made for individuals.

 

Returnable Product

Customers have a right to return some of our products due to a manufacturing defect, we'll be happy to exchange the product or provide a refund provided that, it's returned within the specified 7-day return period and returned in its original and undamaged packaging, they have not used within 7 working days of receiving them, providing items have damaged since being delivered to the customer and products are returned in their original packaging. If we are satisfied with the condition of returned items we will issue customers with a replacement or refunds. Delivery charges will be deducted from the total order amount. Please note that the shipping charge for international orders is an estimate. The actual cost may vary based on factors such as the destination location, weight, and volume of the package. For the most accurate shipping cost, kindly contact our team for further details. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 



Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

No monetary refunds will be given for custom sample developed (Decor or Mould) for any reason. Sampling cost will be depends on number of products and complexity of decor & mould.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@artemirate.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

As a part of the promotion, artemirate.com offers free gift cards to specific customers, this circumstance the gift card has a custom expiry date which means this gift card to be used before its expiration. This expiration date will not applicable for purchased gift cards.

Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to ARTEMIR CERAMIC & CHINAWARE TRADING L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

Delivery

Yes, we ship all over the world. The prescribed time period inside UAE is 2-4 working days. Outside UAE orders kindly contact our customer service and the prescribed time period outside UAE is 7-14 days. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Due to COVID-19 our delivery period may subject to change.

Cancellation 

The expected time span for reporting the services ordered to be canceled and the conditions under which cancellation will be allowed.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours. refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

To cancel an order send an email with order details & cancellation reason to info@artemirate.com, which would then be processed and you would also receive an email with the update for the canceled item(s) / order.
